Group Sessions 

Experience the camaraderie and shared joy of open water swimming with our group coaching sessions. 

Set against the stunning backdrop of Scotland's blue spaces, our sessions provide a safe and encouraging environment for swimmers to refine their techniques, boost their fitness levels, and soak in the natural beauty of our surroundings.
 

We offer two types of group sessions: Private and Open Group coaching.
 

Private Group Sessions
Ideal for families, friends, or colleagues of similar swimming ability, these sessions offer a unique way to bond, celebrate special occasions, or simply do something different together in the water.
 

Open Group Sessions
Designed for intermediate or expert swimmers, these sessions provide a supportive environment to focus on specific techniques, increase fitness levels, and enjoy the camaraderie of swimming in a small group of confident swimmers.
 

 


Please note: All water-based sessions require attendees to be able to swim 200 metres. This may be assessed at your first session to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. 

There is a maximum limit of 6 people for any group water-based coaching sessions.

Swimbles 

Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Scotland's blue spaces with our 'Swimble' sessions. These leisurely, head-up swims are designed to let you soak in the stunning landscape, enjoy the camaraderie of fellow swimmers, or simply relish a moment of tranquillity in the safety of a group or with a swim buddy.

Our Swimbles take place once a month, offering a regular opportunity to connect with nature and fellow swimmers.

Ebb & Ease Sessions 

Join us at our Ebb & Ease sessions, where we welcome individuals aged 16 and above, seeking support and balance within the therapeutic embrace of cold water. Our sessions are designed to create a supportive and inclusive community that understands the unique needs when facing hormonal changes.

 

At Wild In Scotland, we believe in the power of water therapy and the strength of community. Join us on this exciting journey towards hormonal harmony.

 

Here's what you can expect from an Ebb and Ease Session:

 

  • A pre-session guide to help you prepare for your swim.
  • A safety briefing to ensure your comfort and security in the water.
  • A small group of up to 6. 
  • Plenty of opportunities for conversation and connection.
  • An enjoyable swim in Loch Venachar at a pace that suits your body.

KIT HIRE

I want everyone to be able to benefit from being outdoors and be able to swim safely so I have made sure that you can hire the essential kit from Wild in Scotland to help you into the water.

Tow Floats

A tow float helps you to be visible in the water to other water users and makes you visible from the shore too.  I have a range of tow floats available.

I require all swimmers to use a tow float. 

£3 per session

Wetsuits 

Wetsuits which are made of a material called Neoprene, help to keep you warm in the water.

I have a limited number of wetsuits in a range of sizes. I require that everyone attending a session wears a wetsuit.
